The resPOnsibility of OWNER as described in Section 2 of said Agreement <br />~: are amended and supplemented as follows: <br />~~ The CINNER shall provide the following to the <br /> <br />~: a. Any previously gathered information on material markets in <br />? <br />~-. the area, This information Shall include m%y existing <br />s agreements the county has with materials markets. <br /> <br />~ b. Total solid waste quantity estimates for the County. <br /> <br /> c. Equipment and labor to assist in the waste characterization <br /> study. <br /> <br /> d. A list of haulers, and collection routes and schedules for <br /> use in identifying representatives loads. <br /> <br /> e. Copies of all solid waste ordinances and agreements related <br /> to collection and disposal systems for the County and all <br /> incorporated areas in the County. <br /> <br /> 3. The'time periods for the performance of ~gGINEER's services as set <br /> forth in Section 3 of said Agreement are amended and supplemented as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> The Basic Services are estimated to be completed within 4 months from <br /> receipt of a notice to Proceed. This schedule assumes timely <br /> cooperation of OWNER and other involved parties during the study for <br /> such tasks as prOViding data and information, attending meetings with <br /> ENGINEER, and reviewing study material submitted to C~dNERbyENGINEER. <br /> <br /> 4. The method of payment for services rendered by ENGINEER shall be as set <br /> forth below: <br /> <br /> ~NER shall pay ENGINEER a lump sum amount of $29,000 for the Basic <br /> Se[vices.
