The Title Block - shall show the words,"Prallminary <br /> Plat' and shall include the subdivision name, township, <br /> date, graphic scala, and the name(e) and address(es) of <br /> the owner(a) and the designer(s) gl'the plat and his/her <br /> title. The Title Block shall be located on the bottom <br /> right hand corner of the Plat. <br /> <br /> 2. Proposed Subdivision Data - the names and locations <br /> of ali proposed streets. ?hn location of al{ easements, <br /> lots, parks, or other open spaces, including wldths end <br /> purposes, reservations, other property lines and <br /> building setback lines with dimensions of streets, lots, <br /> and other property lines.
