STORM~HATER DRAINAGE <br /> <br /> The subdivider shell provide for adequate drainage of all <br /> surface water using the existing natural drainage system. <br /> Major piping and modification of streams and other natural <br /> water courses i.s prohibited unless approved by tho North <br /> Carolina Department of Natural Resources and Community <br /> Development. Points of interception of runoff shall be <br /> frequent enough to avoid heavy concentrations in any one <br /> system and to eliminate or minimize any flooding. Points of <br /> discharge shell be within the site unless otherwise approved <br /> by the Planning Board end adjoining owners. The subdivider <br /> shall provide retention/detention devices as may be <br /> applicable. Drainage calculations shall be based on a I0 <br /> year storm for on aita drainage and a 25 year storm for thru <br /> alta drainage.
