Without ~m{tin~ the foregoing, all of ~e provisions of Paragraph shall apply without limitation to ~y cla~ or action in the nature of trespass, inverse conde~ation, nuisance or s~ilar cla~ or action for d~aqe to real and/or personal property. 12. The ~PLIC~T agrees to ~gin construction of the herein water ~in (s) within a perio~ of 2 months ~d to complete construction, ready for District acceptance, within 12 months following Co~issioners approval of this contract. If the construction of the water main (s) does not a~ere to the ~ve time ~chedule, ~en the District ~y, upon a 30 day written notice, resinate the followinq Paragraphs of this contract: 1,2,3,6,7,8, and 9. The re~ining provisions of this contract shall remain in full force and effect. Upon te~ination of ~is contract ~der the provisions of this Paragraph, the APPLIC~T agrees to the following: 1.
