SECTION 1.4 COMPLIANCE WITH ORDINANCE SFQUIRED <br /> <br />Pursuant to G.S. tSaR-332 unless otherw'lse noted, no real <br />property within the jurisdiction of this ordinance shall be <br />subdivided or a .plat thereof recorded until a preliminary <br />end fin&l plat have been reviewed and approved by the <br />Cabarrus Planning Board as provided hereinafter. Plans <br />group developments for housing, commercial, Industrial, or <br />other uses, or for any combination of uses shall be <br />submitted in the same manner as other plate for review by <br />the Planning Board. <br /> <br />ARTICLE II DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />SECTION 2.1 "SUBDIVISION" DEFINED <br /> <br />A "subdivision" shall include all divisions of a tract or <br />parcel of land into two or more lots, building sites, or <br />other divisions for the purpose of sale, or building <br />development [whether immediate or future), and shall include <br />all divisions of land involving the dedication of a new <br />street or change in existing etreets1 provided, however,that <br />the following shall not be included within this definition <br />nor be subject to '-the :regulations authorized by ' this <br /> <br />A. Division of ona lot from an original tract. The number <br />of divisions out of the original tract shell be limited to <br />one avery three t3) yaars.
