C. 28026-0707 <br /> <br /> Dear Charles: <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Department is seeking <br /> $1,649.00 from the Cabarrus Arts Council to initiate the Cabarrus Senior <br /> Flag Line, a physical and mental fitness program for senior adults. <br /> The requested funds will come from the Orassroots funding program of <br /> the ~orth Carolina Arts Council. Although there is a matching fund <br /> requirement, there will be no additional allocations needed from Cabarrus <br /> County. Orassroot$ guidelines allows us to match the requested funds <br /> with other funds spent on arts programs. <br /> <br /> This Grant will require approval from the Cabarrus County Board <br /> of Commissioners. Please present this ~.cant to the Board of Commissioners <br /> in their next 3anuary meeting.
