It is a program of year~round fitness activities for adults
age 55 and over, culminating in local competition and then statewide competition.

The Cabarrus Senior Flag Line is proposed as a component of Senior Games .... one
that will encourage not only physical fitness, but mental health and socialization as well.
It will be a competitive unit of 12 - 18 members which will perform routines to recorded
music. The flag line will meet for 1{ hours each week through out the season (November
through May).

We anticipate that this group will perform at various community functions and special
events through out the winter and spring months promoting the Senior Games program
through out Cabarrub County and possibly North Carolina.
