It is proposed that <br /> ~ · tile work be accomplished in accordance with our August 27, 1985, <br /> Agreement for Miscellaneous Engineering Services. The scope of work <br /> follows: <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> lhe following engineering services will be provided for the project: <br /> <br /> 1. Review available engineering reports and studies on the <br /> proposed Coddle Creek reservoir and dam. Location of dam <br /> is approximately 700 L.F. north of NC 73 on Coddle Creek. <br /> <br /> 2. Based on available data, prepare an engineering evaluation <br /> of the need for the storage facility, yield of reservoir, <br /> full reservoir level, property acquisition line criteria, <br /> and construction cost estimate. <br /> <br /> 3. Prepare a Pl'eliminary Engineering Report containing the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> a. Area to be Served. Describe - give natural <br /> boundaries, major obstacles, elevations, need for <br /> facility, and other pertinent information. Use maps <br /> and sketches as necessary. <br /> <br /> b. Existing facilities. Describe - include condition, <br /> suitability for continued use of existing facilities, <br /> adequacy of water supply, storage, and transmission <br /> facilities. <br /> <br /> <br />
