Proposed facilities. <br /> <br /> (1) Water supply - include requirements for quality <br /> and quantity. <br /> <br /> {al Sources - include discussion of other <br /> feasible sources and provide comparison of <br /> such sources. <br /> <br /> (b) Storage - requirements and proposals. <br /> <br /> (d) Transmission systems - requirements and <br /> proposals - give lengths and sizes; key <br /> features. <br /> <br /> e. Cost estimate. Include development and construction, <br /> land and rights, legal, engineering, interest, equip- <br /> merit contingencies, refinancing, and other. <br /> <br /> f. Annual operating budget. <br /> <br /> {1) Income - discuss income projections. <br /> <br /> (2) Operation and Maintenance Costs - include <br /> salaries, wages, taxes, accounting and auditing <br /> fees, legal fees, interest, utilities, gasoline, <br /> oil and fuel, insurance, repairs and maintenance, <br /> supplies, chemicals, office supplies and <br /> printing, and miscellaneous. <br /> <br /> (3) Capital improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
