Attend public meetings on reservoir project prior to bond <br /> referendum and assist County in presentation of project at <br /> such meetings. <br /> <br />We will perform the services described at a per diem rate of 2.5 <br />times payroll plus direct expenses, as outlined under Part II of <br />the August 27, 1985, Agreement.
