The Cabarrus Soil and <br /> Water District is charged by both the Federal Protection Farm- <br /> land Act and the Executive Order to conserve our best land <br /> resources. <br /> <br /> Further, we are concerned that only six (6) sites were evaluated <br /> in this document. As conservationists of our best agricultural <br /> resources, we would hope that a factual evaluation and sincere <br /> effort would be made to properly address the adverse impact that <br /> airport development would have on prime agricultural and forest <br /> <br /> land in Cabarrus County. <br />.- <br /> <br /> We shall complete our review of this Final Draft Environmental <br /> Assessment through the State Clearinghouse Review Process, <br /> Division of Soil and Water Conservation, Department of Natural <br /> Resources and Community Development. <br /> <br /> This Resolution has been adopted by unanimous vote at the <br /> February 10, 1987 meeting of the Cabarrus Soil and Water District. <br /> <br /> A.
