Therefore, we call un the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> to authorize the public exhibition. The display is scheduled for 9:30 pm, <br /> Friday, July 3. The raindate is set for 9:30 pm, Monday, July 6. <br /> <br /> This is to advise you that Carolina Mall will have a licensed pyrotechnicisn, <br /> Mr. Gary Partlow of Southern International Fireworks, who will be responsible <br /> for the actual discharge of the above mentioned display. <br /> <br /> As further evidence we offer attached, a copy of the Certificate of Insurance <br /> from a company licensed to do business in the state. <br /> <br /> If you need additional information, please contact me immediately.
