MeGinnis, <br /> <br />Please recommend to the County Commissioners Mr. Gary A. Tolbert, 3977 <br />Rocky River Place, Harrisburg, NC 28075j to replace Mr. David Schneider <br />as perimeter member to the Planning and Zoning Board and alternate member <br />on the Board of Adjustments. Mr. Schneider has not attended a meeting in <br />approximately two years. Several attempts were made to contict Mt. Schneider <br />by telephone and mail, however, he did not respond to any of the inquiries. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Owens notified the Town Office that Mrs. Gwyno Morris had also been <br />re-appointed to the Boards, term expiring duly lj 1990. According to our <br />records Mrs. Morris's current term does not expire tiii July l, 1988. <br />Mrs. Morris replaced Mr. Frank Howie who resgined during an active term. <br /> <br />Thank you for your cooperation. <br /> <br /> Donald N.
