Advertisement for Proposals <br /> <br /> Pursuant to General Statutes of North Carolina, Section 143-129, sealed <br /> proposals will be received by ths Board of County Commissioners for the <br /> Cabarrus County Health Department, Concord, North Carolina until 10:00 a.m. <br /> on the 26th day of August, 1987, at which time the County Manager, at the <br /> Cabarrus County Courthouse, Concord, North Carolina will open sealed <br /> proposals for one (1) roll-off tractor. <br /> <br /> From the date of this advertisement, the list and specifications of the <br /> proposed equipment are and will continue to be on file and available to <br /> prospective bidders. For further explanation of specifications please <br /> contact Mr. Bob Farris, Environmental Health Supervisor, Cabarrus County <br /> Health Department, P. O, Box 1149, Concord, North Carolina, (704) 786-8121. <br /> No proposals will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its <br /> filing the same shall be accompanied by a deposit of case of cergified <br /> check on a hank or trust company licensed by the F.D.I.C, in an amount <br /> equal to five (5) percent of the proposal or in lieu thereof a five (5) <br /> percent bid bond in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 143-129 <br /> as amended. The Board of CoUnty Commissioners reserves the right to reject <br /> any or all proposals.
