Pilkington~ <br />SUBJECT: Bids on Roll-off Tractor for Landfill <br /> <br />Two bids were received for a roll-off tractor to <br />transport recycled materials to a recycling center. <br />Browning Ferris Industries (BFI) submitted the low bid <br />of $16,250 (less 2% 20 days/net 30 days) and met minimum <br />specifications. Carolina Waste Systems (CWS) submitted <br />a bid of $29,700 and did not meet our minimum <br />specifications. <br /> <br />It is my recommendation that the BFI bid be accepted. <br />ft <br /> <br /> <br />
