A minimum of fifty (50) feet of natural buffer area <br /> shall be preserved along the interior lot linus and <br /> rear lot lines. <br /> <br /> Landscaping: All required yards shall either be landscaped or <br /> left in a natural wooded state. <br /> <br /> (7) jn~ress and Egress: Ingress and egress shall be permitted to serve both <br /> uses, the house anJ the intended machine shop. This road shall be paved <br /> from the e~isting public state road, within two (2) years for the <br /> business only. Therefore, the residence driveway does not need to be paved. <br /> <br /> (8) Parkin9 and LoadinQ: Parking areas of sufficient size to provide for <br /> patrons, customers, suppliers, visitors and employees shall be provided <br /> on the premises for each use. Parking areas shall be paved with dust <br /> free all weather surface and shall be properly drained and landscaped. <br /> Loading areas for supplies and surfaces shall be sufficient to meet the <br /> requirements of each use. Parking and loading areas shall not be placed <br /> within any required yard and shall be screened and landscaped from <br /> adjoining property, Paving is required within two (2) years. <br /> <br /> (9) Storage: Any uses essential to the prinicipal use shall be located and <br /> property screened so as not to be visible from any property line. <br /> <br />(10) Performance Standards: <br /> <br /> 1. Noise: Objectionable noise shall be muffled or eliminated <br /> so.as not to become a nuisnace to adjacent uses. <br /> <br /> 2. Smoke Emission: Every use shall be so operated as to prevent <br /> the emission of smoke, dust, and dirt, etc., from any source <br /> whatsoever to the standards no greater than permitted by the <br /> North Carolina Department of Natural Resources and Community <br /> Development standards of air pollution for industrial uses. <br /> <br /> 3. Odors: Every use shall be so operated as to prevent the <br /> emissions of objectionable or offensive odors and such <br /> concentrations as to be readily preceptible at any point <br /> at or beyond the lot line of the property on which the use <br /> is'located. <br /> <br /> 4.'
