Five copies of a suggested form of sworn statement of <br /> debt to be made by you, as Finance Officer, verified on <br /> October 5, the day of the Board of Commissioners' <br /> meeting, and filed with the Clerk to the Board of <br /> Commissioners after the introduction but prior to <br /> passage of the bond order on first reading.
