The Cabarrus Board of Couo~y Commissioners <br /> <br /> advance plans for the utilization of this equipment. <br /> <br /> As noted ia the letter from Mr. C.D. Lyons, Director, Concord Parks <br /> and Recreation Department, the Cabarrus County School System presently <br /> utilizes some of Che equipment. The City of Concord is williag to become <br /> the custodian for this equipment for the Cabarrus C.B.A. Task Force; and <br /> if the equipment is not being used by the C.B.A. Task Force, the city would <br /> be willing to sponsor a similar program. The changing of this equipmunc <br /> <br /> by the Cabarrus C.B.A. Task Force. <br /> <br /> I would like to recommend to Cabarrus Board of County Commissioners <br /> tile authorization of the transfer of the C.B.A. equipmunt to the City of <br /> Concord Parks and Recreation Department.
