NOW, THEREFORE, Petitioner prays that: <br /> <br /> 1. The Board of County Commissioners for the County of <br />Cabarrus adopt a resolution declaring its intent to close the <br />Roads/Easements and that a public hearing be held on the <br />question. <br /> <br /> 2. The Board of Comn~issioners direct that a notice of the <br />closing and public hearing be prominently posted in at least two <br />places along each of the Roads/Easements, and that notice be <br />placed in a newspaper of general circulation in Cabarrus County <br />once a week for four successive weeks. <br /> <br /> 3.
