Staff Request, Section 12, Subsection 12.1, page 128, <br /> Amend Subsection 12.1 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 12.1 Violations: <br /> In addition to the other remedies cited in this section for the enforcement of <br /> the provisions of this ordinance, the regulations and standards of this <br /> ordinance may be enforced through the issuance of citations by the Zoning Office~ <br /> in accordance with G.S. 153A-123. These citations are in the form of a civil <br /> penalty. The County may recoger this penalty in a civil action in the nature <br /> of a debt if the offender does not pay the penalty within 72 hours after being <br /> cited for a violation.
