Planning Staff, Section 5.8, Dff-Street Parking Requirements, <br /> page 64. Amend Subsection A to read as follows: <br /> <br />~> A. Application of Regulations: Any structure or building hereafter <br /> erected or structurally altered or placed on a lot shall be provided <br /> with off-street vehicle parking spates located not more than three <br /> hundred (300) feet at the nearest point from the building entrance. <br /> Parking spaces and loading areas shall be paved for all uses other than <br /> single,family or two-family residential units and shall be provided with <br /> permanent wheel steps, curb guards, or other~arriers which will <br /> prevent any part of any vehicle to over-l~..~nto sidewalk areas or <br /> vehicular passageways adjacent to the parking area. Required parking <br /> areas shall be available for the parking of operable vehicles of <br /> residents, customers and employees, and shall not be used for the storage <br /> of v6hicles or materials, or for the parking of vehicles used for <br /> loading or unloading. Required loading space shall be available for the <br /> loading and unloading of vehicles, and shall not be used for the storage <br /> of vehicles or materials, or to meet off-street parking requirements, <br /> or in conducting the use. Planning Board voted 4-0 to approve this <br /> petition. <br /> <br /> <br />
