Sanitary District, the Royal Oaks Sanitary District and the City <br />of Kannapolis should merge. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Board of Commissioners for the County of <br />Cabarrus and the Board of Commissioners for the County of Rowan, <br />the same being the counties in which the City of Kannapolis and <br />the Kannapolis Sanitary District are located, are hereby <br />requested to hold an election on June 3 within the Kannapolis <br />Sanitary District, the Royal Oaks Sanitary District and the City <br />of Kannapolis on the question of such merger. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Clerk is hereby directed to mail or deliver <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the Kannapolis Sanitary <br />District; the Royal Oaks..
