No person shall throw rocks or objects of any kind. This does not <br /> include balls or games used in athletic events, when used in a <br /> reasonable manner and in such a way that it does not become a hazard <br /> to other park. patrons. :- <br /> <br /> 19. No person shall solicit, pedd/e or beg within ~ny Recreation Facility, <br /> or sell any merchandise or wares; provided, that this subsection shall <br /> not apply to (i) any concession granted ~y the Recreation Department <br /> for a Recreation Facility, or (ii) any solicitation or sale of goods <br /> by nonprofit or civic groups, provided that a permit is obtained in <br /> advance frun the Recreation Director or his designee, but no such <br /> permit shall be issued to any group more often than once every six <br /> <br />SECTION II VIOL~TION <br /> <br /> A. CATEGORY I OFFF~{SES <br /> <br /> Violation of Category I Offenses of this Ordinances if punishable by a <br /> fine of mot more-thun:$~0~00 or imprisonment for not more tha~ thirty days. <br /> <br /> B. CATEGORY II oFF~{sES <br /> <br /> Violation of Category II Offenses of this ordinance is punishable by <br /> immediate suspension from the Park for not more than thirty days. The <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation or his designee is empowered to evoke said <br /> suspension duration. Authorized park personnel are empowered to evoke <br /> expulsion for not more than three days. <br /> <br /> · Exception - Category ~I~ 7~8~9. Violation of these ordinances is <br /> punishable by the appropriate penalties and/or laws <br /> ~overnin~ inland waters as set forth by tbs North <br /> Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission. Any and all <br /> enforcement officers of the Wildlife Commission have <br /> f~ll au~hority to enforce these re~u!atioos. <br /> <br /> <br />
