Continuation Program <br /> <br /> The major change in the 1986-87 proposed grant, which will serve <br />two school systems, is the inclusion of programs to some degree in all <br />eight middle and high schools. The two elementary schools in 1985-86 <br />will continue in the program. <br /> <br /> The program will continue to be helpful to the majority of the <br />participants, especially those for whom more intense services are <br />available. The "peer model" concept is a good one and is especially <br />workable at the high school level. This model will be used in the high <br />schools, middle schools and elementary schools where feasible. <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
