5. Employee Benefits - $ointly employed County/NCSU employees covered by the <br /> Cabarrus County payroll program will be solely under the NC State <br /> retirement system and will be eligible for appropriate NCSU employee <br /> benefits, including the direct deposit of payroll checks. The Extension <br /> Personnel Office will facilitate the transfer of employees from joint <br /> state/local retirement to the state retirement. <br /> <br />6.
