One full tine substance abuse counselor rill be responsible for conducting the <br />assessments and maintaining the caseloads .of those adolescents referred into the <br />program. This person rill be the primary counselor, but rill be assisted by <br />co-therapists in the various groups. This counselor rill be responsible for <br />case~anagement services including making referrals to other sen, ice agencies, <br />and consulting vith involved agencies. The couuselor viii be expected to be <br />proactive in elliciting family involvement in the treatment process. The <br />counselor rill also act as a liaison betveen inpatient and residential <br />facilities by assisting vith aftercare programs. <br /> <br /> <br />
