The total possible points within a <br />general category will equal the amount as established for tha~ category. <br />The Consultant has established sub-categorical unit figures for each of <br />the twenty-six variables. ~ithin each variable, the ranking can be from 0 <br />to 10 and since the overall total'is 100, any factor total multiple of 0 <br />to 10 is actually an expression of tenths. In other vords, if a variable <br />is equal to three points within the overall framework and it is judged <br />~bat the variable viii receive 0.7 points within that category, the '3' <br />points is multiplied by the 0.? to equal 2.1. <br /> <br /> The following discussion will list sites in ter~s of the point values <br />which viii be judged according to the various sub-categories.
