I can not see limiting applicant to only one use for there property as requested. A better provision would be to limit use to all uses but the one (administrative offices) objected to by neighbors or have a provision that if planned use ceases for a certain time period, the zoning classification would revert back to the original classification or existing classifica- tion of adjoining property. Recommendation If the County Commissioners desire to grant this request, I would recon~nend the following modifications to the applicant. I do not recommend the C-4/PDO as requested because I feel that the single lot C-4 is spot zoning.
