(4) Suitability of Plans. <br /> <br /> Do to there being no special features for this PDO, no PDO <br /> report or plan has been submitted and is not needed. Again <br /> the contemplated use of this PDD provision is not within the <br /> main intent for PDO use. <br /> <br /> (5) Adherence to or Modification of PDO Requirements. <br /> <br /> I can not see limiting applicant to only one use for there <br /> property as requested. A better provision would be to limit <br /> use to all uses but the one (administrative offices) objected <br /> to by neighbors or have a provision that if planned use ceases <br /> for a certain time period, the zoning classification would <br /> revert back to the original classification or existing classifica- <br /> tion of adjoining property. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />If the County Commissioners desire to grant this request, I would recon~nend the <br />following modifications to the applicant. <br /> <br />I do not recommend the C-4/PDO as requested because I feel that the single lot <br />C-4 is spot zoning.
