This would be done from the considered da~site to the
tributary confluence with Rocky River. The damsite approximate
locations are as follows:

Dutch Buffalo Creek - (Hount Pleasant site) About 2 mile upstream
from the NC Highway 49 eroGain~ and about two miles North of Hount
Pleasant. This is also about 2,000 feet upstream from an existin~
dam on Dutch Buffalo Creek which we understand forms the Hount
Pleasant water aupply reservoir.

Lanes Creek - (Harahvllle alta) About 5 miles upstream from DS
Highway 74 crossing and about 600 feet downstream from an exiatin~
dam which forms the water supply reservoir for Harahville; also,
about 600 feet downstream from where SR 1900 deadenda at Lanes
Creek.

Big Bear Creek - (Lambert site) About 2 milee east of Rldgeereat
school on SR 1134 to erosaing of Big Bear Creek; about 3,000 feet
downstream fro~ the SR 1134 bridge; and about 2,000 feet upstream
frc~ an old existing mill dam.
