To date we .
'~--~ have securedgl. Another nine are sending'~he county ~i'
their signed easements. The remaining four are having '~::'
their attorneys review the agreements. I do not know
that any of these four properties will need to be
condemned but we may not have their easements in hand until
later next week.

Item 53 - Right-Of-Way Certificate - The County must certify
that we have all of the property in hand or have initiated
condemnation procedures for the 34 easements referenced in
item 54.

Item 54 - Opinion of Council Reference Right-Of-Way - The
County Attorney give his opinion that the County has the
necessary right-of-way for the County to proceed with the
project.

Item 56 - Bond Authorization - The County Attorney must complete
this item.

For the March 18, 1985 meeting the District Commissioners need to act on the
following items:

~tem 14 - Water Purchase Contract
~tem 47 - Review and Approval of Final Plans

Item 52 - Review and Approval of Easement Agreements

Item 53 - Right-Of-Way Certification

Due to the County Attorney's absence, I will not be able to have items
52 or 53 until the day of the meeting. Item 47 is too cumbersome to include
in the agenda. Please note that the Water Purchase Contract must be approved
by both the County Commisioners and the District Commisioners.
