Purchase water from the City of Mt. Pleasant, <br /> <br /> 2. Participate with the City of Concord in funding <br /> the proposed impoundment and new water treatment <br /> plant on Coddle Creek. <br /> <br /> 3. Purhcase water from the Charlotte Mecklenburg <br /> Utility Department. <br /> <br /> 4. Purhcase water from the Stanly County Water System. <br /> <br /> 5. Construct a water treatment plant at the proposed <br /> water shed structure No. 15 on Dutch Buffalo Creek. <br /> <br /> If the total existing supply is terminated, items 1 and/or 4 above <br /> would supply only a portion of the entire District needs. Should <br /> the need arise, a detailed cost analysis of all options would be <br /> done in order to select the most cost effective and practical solu- <br /> tion. <br /> <br /> <br />
