Goodson, H.S.W., Manager~.~,r~ <br /> Some Health Services Program <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Supplemental Funding Awards for P¥ 84-85 <br /> <br /> AS you know, the Home Health Services Program {BBS~) recently entertained <br />proposals for approximately $200t000 in supplemental funds designated to <br />assure continued provision of home hea~th services for persons unable to pay <br />for these services. ~ligibility for these supplemental funds is limited to <br />agencies that are currently contracting with the HHSP, and who submitted the <br />necessary information to the Program by the designated date of February <br />1985. <br /> <br /> The HHSP received requests totaling $973,778 from 57 participating <br />agencies. The Program looked at each agency's actual service experience after <br />two quarters in relation to its request. A figure representing the lesser of <br />the a~ount requested or the amount actually reported via expenditure reports <br />for the first two quarters and projected for the remainder of the fisca! year <br />was used as the agency's request.
