Project Summary <br /> <br /> The temporary shelter £acility will provide one foster home for five residents who need <br /> eaergency and temporary placement ~hile plans are ~ade £or appropriate and pe~anent <br /> placement. Ail children ~ill be in custody of the Cabarrus County Department o£ Social <br /> Services. This program provides placement £or ~uveniles in danger of becomin~ £oraall~ <br /> involved lith the juvenile justice system as undisciplined and/or delinquent juveniles. <br /> Juvenile's maximum stay will be ninety (90) days. The program will aid in prevention <br /> of delinquency by intervening in crisis situations by offering a structured, behavior- <br /> changing en¥ironment for ~uveniles. <br /> <br /> <br />
