Statistics indicate status offenders are not coming ~o court <br /> and delinquency petitions have decreased this year. Severe behavior problems are not accepted in these homes. <br /> There are no private or public residential facilities in the county. ~ithout the <br /> program provided by the Temporary Shelter Care, more children will be in unsupervised <br /> environments and juvenile offenses will increase. <br /> <br /> <br />
