Provide ~or the basic behavior ~nagement o~ the youth. 3.Create in the group home an appropriate social st~cture congenial to the needs of the resident youth. 4. Provide each youth with an individualized experience within the group ~hicb takes into account his particular needs and his healthy resources as well as those needs which interfere with growth. 5. Provide remedial education to help t~e youth maintain or Obtain acceptable academic achievements. .6. Provide medical and dental services on a need basis through the Medicaid program. The primary purpose of the planning program will be to identify the most appropriate long-te~ arrangements ~or the child and then implement a plan for the child's placement. Such care migh~ be provided either by a regular ~oster home~ a long-te~ residential care facility or the child's family. evaluations are available. 2.
