Davis ~. ~. ~: <br />DATE: Flay ], 1985 <br />SUBJECT: -Allocations for July-August-September lgBS.Quarter <br /> <br />The attached document, ALLOCATION OF USDA DONATED CO14~ODITIES, shows <br />your pro rata quantity of (oDd available for the coming quarter. You <br />should complete the attached food request rom showing the quantity <br />of the various comnodities you Wish to receive for the coming quarter. <br />You may, of course, order more or less of the amount shown on the <br />attached sheets. YOu are assured of receiving at least the quantity <br />shown on your allocation; and if other counties refuse a portion of <br />their allocation, we may be able to increase your allocation. Please <br />return the completed food request form to us as soon as possiblp, <br />preferably not later than May' 30. <br /> <br />The form entitled "REQUEST FOR COI~001TY DISTRIBUTION FOR~" which is <br />attached should b~'completed and returhed to'us'at your earliest con= <br />venience. Please take into consideration the fact that the computer <br />support for the co~nod~ty distribution will include an authorization <br />card for Food Stamp households. In those counties which elect to <br />participate in this activity, 'an authorization card will be Computer <br />generated for each Food Stamp household and will be mail6d from ' <br />Raleigh to.the household. This.program has been developed by the <br />State Division of Social Services and is now in place.
