Cannon Memorial Library, Kannapoils Branch. <br /> <br /> Instructions for submitting bids and complete specifications and a.copy <br /> <br />of the furnishings floor plan may be obtained at the Office of the County <br />Manager at the Cabarrus County Courthouse during regular office hours for <br />qualified vef~dors who intend to bid. <br /> <br /> No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt <br /> <br />of bids for a period of thirty days. <br /> <br /> Bids must be approved by the Cabarrus County Board of Con~issioners. <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Co~r~nissioners reserves the right to reject any <br />or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contracts in the best interest <br />of the Charles A.
