C. The sUccessful bidder shall Correct any condition due to faulty materials <br />which may appear for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion of <br />installation of the carpet. <br /> <br />O. Bidders must submit samples of the carpet upon which they base their bid <br />at the bid opening. These samples will be examined by the Library Board of <br />Trustees in conjunction with the determination of the bid. Samples, except <br />that selected i~ award of the bid, will be returned to the bidders. <br /> <br />E. The project architect advises that one color of carpet may be used or <br />up to three COlors may be used throughout the library.
