Completing <br /> work on study of eligible uses of CDBG program income. <br /> <br /> Emergency Serv/ees Act/rifles <br />- Updated inventory of federally funded EMS equipment assigned to county. <br /> JTPA Activities <br /> <br />- Met with Cabarrus County PIC/Consortium members, Cabarrus County Manager, <br /> and Joe Mingo to discuss JTPA programs operated by Cabarrus County <br /> Government and the staff's recommendation. Met with PIC/Consortium <br /> members to develop/approve a "Plan" for PY'85 JTPA services. <br /> <br /> Aging Activities <br /> <br />- Received and evaluated request /or proposal package submitted by LIFE <br /> Center, Inn. for FY'86 Title V employment program funding. Information <br /> · necessary to allocate $52,795 and 13 enrollee positions for Cabarrus <br /> County was compiled and included in the FY'8S Region F Title V Plan. <br /> <br />- Conducted on-site Title III-C nutrition services program assessment of <br /> Cabarrus Department of Social Services. Visited the Logan Nutrition site. <br /> <br />- Visited First Assembly Living Center to assess this f~eility as a pro- <br /> spective site for food preparation for catered meals for Cabarrus Title <br /> III-C nutrition program. <br /> <br />- Ran bid process and received bids for FY'8S catered meals on behalf of <br /> Title Ill-C nutrition program. <br /> <br />- Met with Region F Aging Advisory Committee members to review applications <br /> for FY'8S Title III~B Social Service funds, to hear from applicants, <br /> and to make decisions on the amount of funding to allocate to each agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
