Pulled together information <br /> from all program operators to prepare May Performance Standards. <br /> Executed Title ll-B (Summer Contracts) and Prepared/Distributed Title <br /> II-A (Year Round) Statement of ~¥ork Packages and Award letters. <br /> <br /> Aging Activities <br /> <br />- Participated in menu planning session between Cabarrus County Department <br /> of Social Services and First Assembly Living Center for Title III-C <br /> nutrition services for July - September quarter. Submitted menus to <br /> Division of Aging, received approval, returned to Social Services. <br /> <br />- Prepared issued FY'86 contracts for Title III-B Social Services, Title <br /> HI-C nutrition services, and Title V employment sea:vices. <br /> <br /> <br />
