Board of County CommissJoneres <br />August 27, 1985 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Part II! - General Conditions <br /> <br />The County bas the right to terminate this Agreement or any tasks <br />being performed at any time by written notice to us, in Vnich case we <br />shall be paid for all services performed and all actual expenses <br />incurred up to the date of termination. As a condition of receiving <br />pa~nent after termination, we shall deliver all completed and uncom- <br />pleted drawings, documents, and data to the County. <br /> <br />All invoices for engineering services will be due within thirty (30) <br />days after the invoice is received. <br /> <br />We will appreciate the privilege of doing this work for you. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />HBR INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. <br /> <br />By <br /> Robert E.
