Cabarrus C~unty shall agree to deed all current properties · and any aha all future properties acqutred by the County wtthtn the Coddle'Creek Project parameters to the Concord Board of Ltght and Water Con~tsstoners tn fee stmple for=. The Concord Board of Ltght and Water Co~mSsstoners shall reimburse Cabarrus County on a 50~ basts for all such properttes..so deeded. 3. Cabarrus County shall agree to share on a 50~ basis wSth the Concord Board of L~ght and Water Commissioners all expenses to be ~ncurr~d for the development of the Coddle Creek Reservoir and the Coddle Creek Treatment Plant when developed. Cabarrus County. shall also agree to share on a 50~ bas~s with the Concord Board of Light and Water Corn~ss~oners all operation and maintenance costs of the Coddle Creek Project. 4. Cabarrus County and the Concord 8oard of Light and Water Con~tss~oners shall share tn the ownership of all the Coddle Creek Project facilities on a 50~ basis. As such, Cabarrus County shall be entitled to 50~ of the available water provided by the reservoir. 5. The Board of Light and-Water Con~niss~on shall have the responsibility of treating all water from the Coddle Creek Reservoir until such time as the Coddle Creek Treatment Plant is constructed. Meanwhile, the Board ~ill agree to supply the County wtth treated water ~n accordance with a new contract negotiated between the parties. ~t is recognized that at th~s time the Board' of L~ght and Water Con~nissioners has the only facilities for treating water. 6. Cabarrus County shall agree to an operations and maintenance contract w~th the City (such as has already been proposed) to pertain to all current and future County ~ater and sewer facilities. 7. Cabarrus County shall adhere to all current and future City specifications and regulations ~n the construction and installation of water and sewer facilities.
