NORTH CAROLINA ) <br /> ) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CLOSE <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY ) TULAKE DRIVE IN FINGERLAKE SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be <br /> held before the Cabarrus County Commissioners at the regular <br /> <br /> meeting on the 6th day of January, 1986, to allow all persons <br />- wishing to be heard on the closing of Tulake Drive in <br /> <br /> Fingerlake Subdivision, No. 2 Township, Cabarrue County, as <br /> shown on map recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br /> for Cabarrus County in plat book 19 at page 23. It is the <br /> <br />- intention of the Board of County Commissioners to close said <br /> street. All individuals wishing to be heard on this matter <br /> are requested to attend the public hearing. <br /> <br /> This the day of December, 1985. <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF CABARRUS <br /> <br /> <br />
