However, this fee would only <br /> be charged when the property owner desires to <br /> connect to the system. <br /> <br /> In special cases, where the cost of the project <br />exceeds $1,500.00 per property owner, the property owners <br />affected could pay the additional coats required. However, <br />the maximum amount assessed against the property would be <br />$300.00 per year for five (5) years plus interest. <br /> <br /> Developed areas that have public water systems may <br />become s part of the System end shall be addressed es new <br />development. <br /> <br /> <br />
