(c) Caused to be posted at each end of the segment of road to be <br /> closed a notice of closing and of the public hearing. <br /> <br /> (d) Posted a copy of the notice of closing and public hearing <br /> at the Courthouse door in Concord, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> S. That the petitioners are the only parties who own property inunediately <br />adjacent to the segment of the roadway sought to be closed. <br /> <br /> 6. That the segment of roadway sought to be closed has never been opened <br />and has never been used as a public street or roadway and has not been accepted <br />by the North Carolina Department of Transportation as a part of its roadway <br />system. <br /> <br /> 7, That the Board is satisfied that the closing of the easement for the <br />unopened segment of Barcliff Road as described above is not contrary to public <br />interest and that no individual owing property in the vicinity of the roadway <br />or in the subdivision in which it is located would thereby be deprived of reason- <br />able means of ingress and egress to his property. <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners for Cabarrus <br />County, North Carolina: <br /> <br /> 1. That the segment of Barcliff Road, Number Nine Township, Cabarrus County, <br />North Carolina, as desczibed above be and the same is hereby closed. <br /> <br /> 2.
