Develop an upgrade training program for employed economically disadvan- <br /> taged individuals. <br /> <br /> 3. Develop training programs to prepare 30% of all adults served to enter <br /> skills training, Individual Referral or OJT. <br /> <br /> Youth <br /> <br /> 1. Develop pre-employment training programs to encourage and keep youth <br /> in school Until receipt of a high school diploma. <br /> <br /> Develop pre-employment training programs for youth to provide the <br /> tutorial assistance needed to pass the State competency examination. <br /> <br /> Develop training program to give youth job training with local employers <br /> in local trades, <br /> <br /> 4. Develop training programs to provide to high school drop-outs information <br /> on the availability of job training and assist in returning to school/ <br /> enter employment or other training, <br /> <br /> 5. Develop training programs to transition high school seniors and high <br /> school drop-outs into employment immediately upon termination. <br /> <br />2. Majo~ Occupational TI'alining Area.
