Board of Elections a certified copy of the proceedings of <br />said Board of Elections taken on March 22, 1984, evidencing <br />said Board of Elections' determination of the results of the <br />canvass of the returns of the special bond referendum held <br />in the Water an~ Sewer District of Cabarrus County on March <br />20, 1984 upon the question of approving an order authorizing <br />$7,275,000 Water Bonds of said District, does hereby declare <br />and certify the result of said referendum to be the result <br />which is set forth in the following statement of the result <br /> <br /> of the <br /> SPECIAL BOND~EFEP~ENDUM <br /> held in the <br /> <br /> on March 28, 1984 <br /> UPON THE QUESTION OF APPROVINGANO~DERADTHONIZING <br /> $7,275,000 WATER BONDS <br /> <br /> At a special bond referendum held in the Water and <br />Sewer District of Cabarrus County, in Cabarr~s County~ North <br />Carolina on March 20, 1~84 6~172 voters were registered and <br />qualified to vote. <br /> <br />the order adopted on January 16, 1984, authorizing not'exceeding <br />$7,275,000 Water ~onds of the Water and Sewer District of Cab- <br />barrus Co~nty~ in Caberrus Co~ty, North Carolina, for the <br />purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds, <br />for conEtructing a portlon of a water system for said District, <br />including the construction and installation of water malns and <br /> <br />tenant facilities for the transmission and distribution of <br />water to be provided by the City of Concord, North Carollna <br />or Cabarrus County~ North Carolina and the acguisition of a~y <br /> <br /> <br />
