A regular meeting of the Board of Co~issioners <br />for the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, was held at 9~30 <br />A.M., On April 2, 1984, in the Co~lssioner's Meeting Room <br />of the County Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, the <br />regular place of meeting. <br /> <br /> Pressntl Chairman James W. Lentz, presiding, and <br /> <br /> The Board of Co~/ssioners received from the <br />Cabarzus County Board of Elections a certified copy of the <br />proceedings of said Board of Elections taken on March 22t <br />1984, evidencing 0aid Board of.Elections' determination of <br />the results of the canvass of the returns of the special bond <br />reerendum held in the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus <br />County on March 20, 1984 upon the question of approving an <br />order authorizing $7,275,000 Water Bonds of said District. <br /> <br /> After said proceedings had been considered and reviewed <br />by the Commissioners, Co~issioner <br />introduced the following resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> ~ESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF T~E SPECIAL <br /> BOND REFERENDUM HELD IN THE WATERAND SEWER DIS- <br /> TRICT OF CABA~RUS COUNTY ON MARCB 20, 1984 UPON <br /> TH~ QUESTION OF APPROVING AN ORDER AUTHORIZING <br /> $7;275,000 ~ATB~BONDS <br /> <br /> BE IT P~SOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for <br />the County of Cabarrus~ <br /> <br />Section 1.
