At 11 o'clock A.M., the Cabarrus County Board of <br /> Elections met and received from the registrars and judges of <br /> election for the several preoincts in the Water and sewer <br /> District of Cabarrue County, ln cabarrus County, North Care- <br /> lln&, the returns of the special bond referendum held ~n the <br /> Mater and Sewer District of Cabarrus County' on March 20, 1984 <br /> upon the question of approving an order authorizing $7,275,000 <br /> Wster Bonds of said District. <br /> <br /> After said returns had~een canvassed by the <br /> <br /> County Board of Elections, 'B. s.
