(c) That at said referendum there was submitted to the qualified voters of said District the following question: Shall the order adopted on January 16, 1984, authorizing not exceeding $7,275,000 Water Bonds of the Water and Sewer District of cab- barrus County, in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds~ for construc- ting a portion of a water system for said District, including the construction and installation of water mains and lines, water storage tanks, water pumping facilities and appurtenant facilities for the transmission and distribution Of water to be provided by the City of Cgncord, North Carolina or cab- barrus County, North Carolina and the acqui- sition of necessary land, rights of way and equip~ent, and authorizing the lev~ of taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of and the interest on said hon~s, be approved? (d) That no complaints have been made to this Board against the regularity of said referendum. (e) That said referendum ~nd the registration therefor were duly and properly held in' accordance with law. Section 2.. The following schedule correctly shows the designation of the several precincts at which said refer- endum was held and, as to each precinct, the location of the voting place, the number of voters registered and qualified to vote, the number of votes cast in favor of the question submitted and the number of votes cast against the question s-~4 tted. The following schedule also correctly shows the totals of such numbers for all of said pre~incts.
